The fee is $200 + Medicare rebate fee without a procedure.

YOU’D RECEIVE ALL MEDICARE REBATE FEE BACK, SO YOUR OUT OF POCKET IS either $200 (without a procedure) or $280 (with a procedure) only.

Examples of procedures include IV infusion therapy, wound/laceration repair, fracture management (casts), removal of foreign objects from eyes etc.

Additional Costs apply for consumables such as boots and crutches.

DVA Gold Card holders with a referral from a GP will not incur out of pocket costs.

Different rates apply for Non-Medicare card holders/ visitors. Please call our reception team to clarify.

Your follow up appointments should be with your regular GP. A letter would be sent to your regular GP and you Health Record updated if you permit.

There is a reduced fee of a $120 if you attend our facility within 7 days for the same illness or condition requiring further treatment.

A recurrent visits for IV antibiotics is $120 + Medicare Rebate Fee per visit.

The following would be BULK BILLED:

* Standard follow-up requested by the doctor to discuss any results (usually provided via a telehealth appointment with a GP)

* Wound dressing following a procedure done at our facility.

There are additional costs associated with consumables such as Camboots and crutches. We have the following in stock:

- Camboots (various sizes - long & short)

- Wrist Brace

- Thumb Spica

- Padded Shoulder Immobilizer

You would be advised of the costs by the receptionist or clinical staff.

There’s no obligation to purchase your required consumables from Spring Emergency Centre.

Our Infusion Lounge provides:

- Antibiotic Infusion

- IV Fluids

- Iron Infusion

- Migraine Related Infusions

- Osteoporosis Infusion

Fees range from $200-$280 out of pocket. Additional Medicare schedule fee may apply of which a rebate would be provided.
